Make up Classes

If class is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, make up classes will be scheduled. Ideally, makeup classes will be on the same time and day of the week. However, this may not always be possible. In which case, class will be rescheduled on another day. Refunds will not be issued if students cannot come to the make up class.

Financial

Payment:

Currently, there is not a way to pay online, but this will be set up in the future. For now, students
are requested to pay in full upon registration. Please make checks payable to "Catherine Rybicki."

Bounced checks:

Those who pay with bad checks will be charged a 25 dollar fee, as that is what the bank charges us
for checks made with insufficient funds.

Discounts:

If a student cannot pay the full price for the course, they are requested to contact Palmo. She offers discounts and also trade for those in true financial need. Students on a budget can also pay in installments, if necessary. However, there is no "pay per class" option due to the confusion and
difficulty it generates.

Scholarship Fund:

We are trying to offer these classes to everyone regardless of financial ability. So, we are requesting those who can afford to pay more to please put this money into a designated Scholarship Fund which will go towards providing for students who cannot afford to pay the full fee. Donations to the Scholarship Fund currently accepted upon registration and in class.

Donations:

At the moment we do not have official non-profit status, so unfortunately donations are not tax-deductible. However, this will be possible once we attain non-profit status.
